Cortada Smoked Tequila begins with 100% Blue Weber agave, hand-selected from six private estates. We use traditional cooking methods, then roast the pinas over Mexican White Oak, infusing the sacred fruit with smoke for a spicy finish that complements the sweet, earthy flavors of the agave.
The Gonzalez family oversees the creation of Cortada Smoked Tequila, ensuring the knowledge and tradition passed down over the decades is carried through in the finished product.
